Perhaps our readers and donors don't require a lesson in word definitions. Friends in Action, and the people on our team are acting as friends and speaking from their heart. As a team we are taking action, and we are doing it as friends. We are working for the betterment of humanity one meal at a time, one educational class at a time, one word of love at a time.

When a person is ready to take action based on compassion, they may ask themselves who is it that I can help? The most obvious answer would be the helpless. The poverty stricken, the marginalized, the homeless, the disabled, the child who didn't ask to grow up being hungry, the elderly man who never asked to be put out on the street. The helpless are the people in need of our help. You can assist in helping today by donating $5, the price of an expensive cup of coffee. Our team thanks you for your support!
